Semi-healthy cupcake treats!

Camden is the 'Star of the Week' at school which means treats for his class.  After the recent gorging of H'ween candy by the kids and - ahem, me too - I thought perhaps I'd do a semi-healthy cupcake.  This is actually an old Weight Watchers recipe and is one point for anyone who cares (minus the icing).  This probably means the kids will lick the icing and throw the rest in the trash, but at least I tried to get a nutrient in their tiny little bods!  Oh, I forgot to mention, I'm NOT a baker.  I don't think I'm detail oriented enough to be a baker.  If you are a true baker, please turn off your computer and save yourself from the absurdity of reading this so-called recipe.  On the other hand, if you are like me and have the baking mentality "good enough", then this is the recipe for you!
Mix one can of pumpkin with one box of Spice or Carrot Cake.
Put a heaping tablespoon in each cupcake wrapper and bake according to the box directions (makes 24 total).
While the cupcakes are baking, mix a couple of heaping tablespoons of powdered sugar with store bought icing of choice.  Cream cheese is best for this, but I had butter cream on hand..."good enough".  This is the easy way to make the icing a little stiff so it'll hold it's shape for when you don't have time to make it from scratch.
Mix it up baby now, Mix it up baby, twist & shout, twist & shout!
Now it's time to get fancy and use an icing tip of choice.
Do a little circle then blob it in the center...notice the professional terms :-)
Even though this is for my son, I couldn't resist the sprinkles!  At least they are blue.
